We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:
Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumencre.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (following the return process above) and place a new order for the item you want.
