Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition it was received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with it

The following items are not eligible for return: digital products, items marked as final sale, and items that show signs of use or damage.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@lumencre.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumencre.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original (following the return process above) and place a new order for the item you want.
