We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. This timeframe accounts for order processing, international transit, and last-mile delivery within the US.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak shopping seasons, or factors outside our control.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your order history.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@lumencre.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lumencre is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
